Hydration is key to a successful run/walk especially as we enter these hot, summer months. Attend our Hydration Clinic on June 20 from 6-7:30PM and we'll focus on how to best carry hydration by trying on vests, belts, and handhelds. We'll also help you to understand what you need to hydrate based on the distances you’re running/walking.
