Yoga for Runners

Join Wendy for a relaxing hour of yoga!   Please bring a yoga mat and a full bottle of water! Free, but please bring in a donation of non-perishable food for a local food bank! Food to bring - canned soups, peanut butter and jelly, apple sauce, pasta and canned fruits and vegetables!  Spaces are limited, so please pre-register! (limit to 15 people please!)
