Meet us for a pub run starting and ending at BC Brewery in Hunt Valley. We will start running at 6:00pm so please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you are ready to start. We will run to Under Armour Performance Center in Hunt Valley where you will participate in a runner specific bootcamp session led by a personal trainer from FX Physical Therapy. After we finish the workout, we will run back to BC Brewery.
Back at the Brewery, FX Physical Therapists will offer onsite injury screens and discuss injuries and prevention strategies with members. Stick around and enjoy brews from the self-serve beer walls at BC Brewery.
