Each 15 minute session is $35 (usually $100 for your first visit).
Dry needling will be administered by Dr. Chad Blomquist (see bio below).

About Dr. Chad Blomquist
Dr. Blomquist earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Chad has practiced in the outpatient setting throughout his career and is currently participating in an orthopedic residency program with Evidence in Motion to become a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Chad is a member of the Orthopedic Section of APTA, and holds certifications in FMS (Functional Movement Screen), SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), and Trigger Point Dry Needling. He has a special interest in working with individuals participating in the sports of Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting.
