Do you have discomfort on one side of your back or lower body? Do you feel tension or imbalance from side to side? During this interactive presenation, you will learn 5 simple self assessment techniques and ways to begin to address these mobility concerns that will help you feel more balanced. This group session will be lead by Physical Therapist, James Dulkerian of Pioneer PT.
