Mix up your usual run and add in a workout in the middle! For this special pub run, we'll start from Charm City Run Timonium at 6:30pm and run 1-3 miles to acac Timonium. Sign up before the event for either a spin class (limited to 30 spots) or a yoga class at the gym at 7:00pm. Spin shoes will be provided by acac. After your fitness classes wraps up, we'll run to Ryleigh's Oyster where the first drink is on the house.
Please plan to arrive with enough time to sign a wavier at Charm City Run Timonium before heading out for the run at 6:30pm.
