Join us for a recovery session in the shop with NovaCare Rehabilitation! Whether you just raced the Shamrock 5K, DC Rock n' Roll or another race OR you just need some dedicated extra recovery time during your running training, this clinic is for you. A team of physical therapists from NovaCare will be demoing foam rolling techniques and offering one on one injury screening so you can develop a recovery plan moving forward.
