Join us for a run and barre class combo! Please note our new class format - we'll take 30 minute barre class at Lynne Brick's at 7:30am and then enjoy a 30 minute group run. Class starts at Lynne Brick's at 7:30am so please plan to arrive at the gym 10-15 minutes early to get checked in. All levels and paces are welcome - whether you are a barre pro or a first-timer runner, you are invited to join us for this combo workout.
