Join us for a 2 hour self defense clinic led by Courtney Feldheim at Charm City Run Timonium. Learn the basics of how to defend yourself! This workshop includes tips on how to stay safe and build safe habits, especially for runners. Additionally, we will focus on strikes and release moves that could be used against an attacker in various different situations. The workshop will help participants create a mindset for safety and for fighting back. Geared towards runners, but open to all, this workshop will lay the groundwork for your self defense education.

About Courtney Feldheim
A former 6th grade math teacher, Court found boxing in 2009. She has been competing as an amateur boxer since 2012 and fought Golden Gloves in 2013. Boxing quickly became her passion and she quit teaching to become a full-time trainer, coach, fitness nutrition coach and self defense instructor. She has her sights set on turning professional.
