We know runners are notoriously bad at strength training, so let's get help from an expert! Join us at Capacity Fitness & Nutrition for a warm up and short run. After the run, a bodyweight workout will be led by Coach Hugh at Capacity. Stay and hang out afterwards for some drinks in the parking lot with a great view of the harbor!
