We know runners are notoriously bad at strength training, so let's get help from an expert! Join us at Capacity Fitness & Nutrition for a warm up and short run. After the run, a bodyweight workout will be led by Coach Hugh at Capacity. Stay and hang out afterwards and try our new beer, Second Wind by Key Brewing!

Bring a yoga mat for your workout, and a mask for when you are inside.
