Join us for a special yoga for runners class led by Emily Fleming, a local yoga instructor. The class will be geared for all levels - so regardless of if this will be your first yoga class or you have a regular yoga practice, you will get a lot out of this class. Come ready to stretch and strengthen to aid your running training and recovery.
