Join Jenna as she leads us through an outdoor vinaysa flow focused on mindfully linking our movement and breath to create release in commonly tight running muscles. Jenna has designed a hip opening flow for us that will have options for beginners and advanced yogis. Jenna will be around after class to discuss any yoga alignment or stretching questions that you might have!
After yoga, come inside the store to sip and shop with special discounts! You can choose to have your $5 registration fee taken off of any purchases you make, or you can choose to donate it to Pacing for Parkinson's. Please remember that masks are required when inside the store.
Pacing for Parkinson’s (P4P) brings people together to fundraise and support the research, clinical, and educational missions of the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center and Johns Hopkins Medicine. While P4P typically gets together at the Baltimore Running Festival to celebrate fundraising accomplishments and team spirit, they are hosting a week of virtual events from Saturday, October 10th - Saturday, October 17th to bring the community “together” and continue our fundraising mission in 2020.
