Stephen is the Program Coordinator at MedStar NRH Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine and has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of running injuries at the high school, collegiate and recreational level. He also has in-depth knowledge of the use of orthotics for runners. Stephen has numerous publications on running related problems and has recently presented on the predictability of injury in collegiate runners.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from King’s College. She then went on and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University. Kelly’s rehabilitation specialties include: orthopedic conditions, concussions, vestibular conditions, running injury clinic/gait analysis, sports medicine, ACL injury prevention, ACL return to play testing, and dry needling. Kelly works at the MedStar Harbor Sports Medicine location.
