Join us for a recovery session in the shop with NovaCare Rehabilitation! Whether you just completed a race at the Baltimore Running Festival OR you just need some dedicated extra recovery time during your running training, this clinic is for you. Proper recovery will ensure you can get back to running more quickly and effectively and stay healthy and injury-free along the way.
A team of physical therapists from NovaCare will be leading stretches for runners, demoing the TheraGun (percussion massager) and providing one on one injury screening so you can develop a recovery plan moving forward. Join us for this beneficial recovery session!
