Jeff Woods, MSPT, COMT, CSCS, CFT, Owner/Physical Therapist
Jeff has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 16 years. He received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. He has been practicing in the Baltimore area for the past 13 years and is now the proud owner of Optimum Performance Physical Therapy, LLC.
Jeff is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Vestibular Specialist. He specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular dysfunctions and manual techniques.
