Join us for the information session and first run for our Winter Ultra Marathon training program! Registered or not, all are welcome to try out the first day with us. Come dressed in running shoes and bring your questions!
We'll prepare you to race beyond 26.2 in 2018!
Your program will include meeting in person to run twice a week (one weeknight for a speed workout and one weekend morning for a distance run), a weekly training plan sent to your email, access to an expert coach and running education.
This group will be offered in Bel Air, Frederick and Timonium:
Bel Air: 7:00am

Timonium: 7:30am
