Strength training can help reduce injury, improve muscle activation and make you a stronger runner/walker. Join Training House Strength and Conditioning Specialists David Manning and Cameron Setzer as they lead you through a variety of stations that will focus on strength and conditioning exercises for runners and walkers. The Charm City Run team will be on site providing a gait analysis to all attendees, plus offering a special discount on running and walking shoes! Register today as spot are limited for each session!
